She has more than 15 years of experience as a Supply Chain leader in Food and Healthcare industry, in 3 different European countries, where she dealt with responsibilities at local, regional and global level. She is fluent in driving large projects (up to 50 million euros budget) in a very complex environment. She is able to collaborate effectively across levels, functions and geographies. And she regularly intervenes in European events as an expert in her field.

It is not my interpretation. All this reads in her CV.

2023 has been a very challenging year for her as she was laid off from her job in a close-to-burnout state. Full of doubts, she kept wondering “Why would they hire me?” as she was sending application letters and heading to interviews.

As we reconnected a few months ago, there is ONE thing I asked her to commit to. Just ONE.

“Whatever happens, don’t give up”.

Recently, she wrote to me about the contract she just signed, and the exciting change ahead of her as she moves to a different country.

Your turn. “Whatever happens, don’t give up”. In which area of your life are YOU ready to commit to this mantra?

Be brave.

Love,

Delphine
