How often do you turn back, pause and reflect on what you have accomplished so far? 

I usually pause for this exercise 2 to 3 times a year. This is the frequency that works best for me.

As I recently consciously and deeply reflected on July-December 2022, I am amazed by the steps I have taken during that period of time and that, one at a time brought me to where and who I am today.

How about you giving it a try? Daily, weekly, monthly, twice a year, on your birthday … You decide the rules of your game.

Pause.
Look Back.
Breathe through your achievements. Don’t be shy.
Welcome what and who made it possible.
Celebrate where and who you are now.
Stay there for a moment.
