NB – Here is where I am since I started playing this game 6 months ago.
- LESS distractions – I activate flight mode most of the mornings and any time I am entering a conversation
- LESS possessions – I sell or give what I do not use. I wonder whether I really want to buy xyz when I am tempted in a shop.
- ENOUGH Money – I have implemented a “ENOUGH MONEY GAME” with my husband to change the relationship we have to Money.
- Fit ENOUGH – I work out 4 to 5 times a week max. I listen to my body and I recognize when this is too much or too little. Workout time is blocked in my calendar and is not negotiable.
- ENOUGH time with family – I spend Wednesday afternoons and school holidays with my kids. This is blocked in my calendar and is not negotiable.
- MORE Creation. I write 30 minutes every morning. Still way to go. I do not beat myself up when I fail.
- BETTER Sleep. I have implemented a BE space (where DO is not allowed). Not there yet. Sleep is still not as good as I would like it to be.
- MORE FUN at Work. I am daring more. And making mistakes. And bouncing back. I love that.
