Inspired by the collaborative learning approaches of other Fresks (e.g. Climate, Diversity, Food), the Management Fresk©, created by the SÂME collective, is a collaborative, engaging, and structured workshop.
It offers teams and managers a space to step back from day-to-day practices, open up dialogue around managerial postures, and co-create concrete pathways for collective transformation.
In practice …
Over 3.5 hours, participants (minimum 6 – maximum 12)
- explore the fundamentals of management through a gameboard and thematic cards designed to spark meaningful dialogue,
- share their experiences, insights, and practices, following a structured process across 5 key stages,
- collectively identify managerial behaviours to strengthen, adjust, or evolve, in order to align postures with their organization’s challenges.
